Miami, Florida. August 30, 2017. The Minority Chamber of Commerce today announced that more speakers are joining the “How to Import into the United States”. The Chamber announces that Ms. Diane J. Sabatino, U.S Custom & Border Protection Director, has been announced as the keynote speaker for the import conferences.  International entrepreneurs interested in meeting U.S. customs law requirements, time-consuming, and effectiveness in the import process, do not miss this exclusive conferences. The conference is set for Thursday September 7 at the World Class Facility Hotel Double Tree Miami Airport located at 711 NW 72 Avenue, Miami, Florida 33126. It will feature  four renowned speakers from a diverse range of the Federal Government which represent and promote new opportunity for global Minority-Small Businesses.

About Mrs. Diane J. Sabatino: She was appointed Director, Field Operations for the Miami and Tampa Field Offices, U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) in August 2015.  In this capacity, she has oversight of 17 distinct ports of entry (POE) in Florida to include the following 8 major POEs:  Miami International Airport; Miami Seaport; Port Everglades/Fort Lauderdale International Airport; West Palm Beach; Key West; Orlando; Jacksonville; and Tampa.  Mrs. Sabatino currently manages a combined workforce of over 2,600 employees protecting and serving the entire Florida peninsula.
