Miami, Florida — October 8, 2026

The U.S. Minority Chamber of Commerce announces the official promotional campaign for the 29th Americas Women’s Leadership Summit Miami 2026, an exclusive gathering celebrating women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, corporate achievement, public service, education, innovation, and the essential role of motherhood in society.
Scheduled for October 22–23, 2026, at the Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel, the Summit expects approximately 300 distinguished women from local, national, and international communities, including business owners, entrepreneurs, government leaders, emerging political figures, corporate executives, and influential professionals.
The event is private and invitation-only and is not open to the general public.
“We are passionate about serving women and recognizing their elegance, beauty, intelligence, intuition, and extraordinary capacity to advise, lead, build businesses, nurture families, and contribute meaningfully to society. These qualities inspire our commitment to organizing an exceptional, high-level gathering where women can connect, share knowledge, and discover new opportunities,” said Doug Mayorga, CEO of the U.S. Minority Chamber of Commerce.
The two-day Summit will feature 12 forums, an exhibition pavilion showcasing products and services in beauty, aesthetics, health, personal image, professional style, education, and advanced technology, as well as business networking and opportunities for professional development.
The program will also include a fashion show and an exclusive Women’s Leadership Gala, where the Chamber will recognize 16 distinguished women leaders whose professional contributions and leadership have made a significant impact across the Americas.
From entrepreneurship and corporate leadership to public service, technology, education, and family life, the Summit seeks to recognize the many dimensions of women’s achievement while encouraging stronger business relationships and greater access to opportunities throughout the hemisphere.
The U.S. Minority Chamber of Commerce is a private institution dedicated to expanding economic opportunity, supporting underserved communities, and building bridges between businesses, institutions, and markets across the United States and the Americas.
