As a 501(c) (6) not-for-profit and non-partisan organization, MCC is dedicated to fostering a broader sense of awareness of the diversity of thought, business training , and views of Americans Minority. It was founded under the leadership of Latinos and African Americans  who have come together to offer an alternative voice for our nation’s largest business minority community. Its establishment serves as a strong testament to the vibrant growth and increasingly important role of the U.S. Minority Groups.
