32nd National Job Fair — Miami 2026

The United States Minority Chamber of Commerce is encouraging private-sector employers and federal government agencies to showcase their employment opportunities at the 32nd National Job Fair — Miami 2026, whether they are seeking seasonal workers for the upcoming high-demand period or qualified candidates for permanent positions.

The event will take place on November 12, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel, conveniently located across from Miami’s main bus and train transit connections.

“In today’s fast-paced world, connecting qualified talent with employers has become increasingly important. Through this initiative, we aim to bring together organizations seeking skilled professionals and individuals ready to contribute their abilities, experience, and enthusiasm to the American workforce,” said Doug Mayorga, CEO of the U.S. Minority Chamber of Commerce.

A Selective, Registration-Based Employment Event

Organized around a structured appointment system, the National Job Fair is not open to walk-in visitors. All participants must register in advance, request the appropriate access form, and receive confirmation of their scheduled appointment before attending.

The event is designed for recent university graduates, skilled and talented candidates, military veterans, and professionals seeking opportunities in technology, construction, sales, and other areas of the economy.

Employers will have an opportunity to present available positions, connect with qualified candidates, and identify talent that meets their workforce requirements for both seasonal and long-term employment.

Connecting Employers With America’s Diverse Talent

The U.S. Minority Chamber of Commerce promotes economic development by building connections between employers and communities throughout South Florida and across the United States.

Through its national and international business network, the Chamber works to help employers identify bilingual and multilingual professionals whose communication skills, cultural knowledge, and technical abilities can support business growth, customer service, and expansion into new markets.

The National Job Fair reflects the Chamber’s continuing commitment to strengthening workforce participation, supporting professional development, and creating meaningful connections between employers and job seekers.
