Washington, D.C. — September 30, 2026. — The U.S. Minority Chamber of Commerce announces The Donors World Summit DC 2026, a two-day business and philanthropic resource development event taking place November 16–17, 2026, in Washington, D.C., the capital of the United States.
Designed around practical business intelligence rather than academic lectures, the Summit will focus on how organizations can effectively connect with philanthropic institutions and access grants, contracts, resources, programs, partnerships, and other opportunities available through the North American philanthropic and business ecosystem.
Under the central theme “How to Do Business with Philanthropy,” the Summit will provide participants with practical information on how the process works, whom to approach, when to apply, where opportunities can be found, and how to develop a strong community plan capable of presenting an organization’s mission, objectives, and impact effectively.
“I will personally present a practical approach to developing a winning community plan and understanding how organizations can position themselves to seek funding and resources,” said Doug Mayorga, CEO and President of the U.S. Minority Chamber of Commerce.
TWO DAYS. DOZENS OF OPPORTUNITIES.
The Donors World Summit DC 2026 will feature a focused program including:
- 12 business and philanthropic forums
- One-on-one meetings with philanthropic and foundation leaders
- Opportunities to connect with representatives of multilateral agencies
- Business and institutional networking with leading U.S. companies
- Exhibitions and organizational presentations
- Networking receptions

- Guidance on preparing and presenting effective community plans and funding proposals
