Washington DC, Septembe 28, 2025. The United States Minority Chamber of Commerce, announces its premier Global Emergency Preparedness & Security Summit Washington DC 2025 to be held at Yotel Hotel in DC. The event is not open to the public and expecting over 300 attendees from U.S. and 34 countries around the world.
The landmark international event comes at a pivotal time of global instability—where natural disasters, cyber threats, and geopolitical conflicts are escalating at an alarming rate. Under the theme “Are You Prepared?”, the summit aims to confront critical global risks—from the threat of a sudden nuclear strike to the impact of a meteorite hitting a major city—and equip institutions, businesses, and vulnerable communities with the tools to respond.

The summit will convene:

  • National and international security experts,
  • Leaders in logistics, cybersecurity, and infrastructure,
  • Emergency response agencies and humanitarian organizations,
  • Public policy officials from across the globe.

Summit Objective:

To strengthen collective readiness and rapid response through technology, strategic alliances, and inclusive policies—ensuring that no community is left behind in the face of crisis, however sudden or catastrophic.

“In a world where catastrophe could strike without warning, resilience is no longer optional—it’s survival,” said Douglas Mayorga, President of the United States Minority Chamber of Commerce.
