Dear Members and Colleagues:
As we enter 2025, the U.S. Minority Chamber of Commerce for American Minorities is committed to addressing illegal immigration to our nation. We are establishing the largest foreign human resources employment center in U.S. history, focusing on security for both employers and workforce talent. Operating from our international offices in Bogota, Mexico City, Tegucigalpa, and Santo Domingo, we are positioned to recruit qualified human resources for our associated members in the United States. Our recruitment spans professionals, skilled workers, technicians and domestic employees for short term assignments ranging from 3 to 12 months.
In support of President Donald Trump’s new administration’s goal to end the uncontrolled epidemic of illegal immigrants, we will strengthen three basic elements to achieve this goal:
- Comprehensive verification of labor and legal documentation for all
candidates - Direct collaboration with immigration authorities to ensure compliance
- Implementation of advanced technological identity verification systems
In this 2025, one of our top priorities is to establish a public-private partnership with the U.S. Department of Labor for labor certification, ensuring that it is expedited in a timely and lawful manner.
We are committed to demonstrating that, as employers, we protect and guarantee American jobs while offering fair wages to foreign workers. This is a core foundation of our program and reflects our commitment to economic and human development in the region.
We are also committed to ensuring taxpayer funds currently directed to corrupt governments and NGOs in the region remain in the United States. These resources should benefit our veterans and minority youth who need support to start businesses or pursue their academic and professional goals in our country.
Our 25 years business organization requires no public funding to achieve these objectives – our work is driven by our love for the United States of America. Let us work together to ensure our nation, the United States, remains rich, prosperous, and secure, serving as a shining example of human solidarity and economic development.
We are ready to serve.
God bless our nation, and your family!
Doug Mayorga
President, U.S. Minority Chamber of Commerce
