The U.S. Minority Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the official participation of Dr. Jorge Familiar, Vice President for Latin America and the Caribbean at the World Bank, in the 14th Annual Governors & Mayors Summit, taking place September 18-20, 2025, at the Marriott Courtyard Capitol Hotel in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Familiar will open the general session of the summit by leading the Municipal Reconstruction Forum in the Americas, presenting the World Bank’s critical role in advancing regional prosperity and sustainable municipal development.
